Our Terms and Conditions are designed to be fair for our customers and for our business. 

Substitution of products within a BoxLab

We source small batch suppliers and from time to time, items are unavailable as is advertised in the product description. In this case, we will source and provide a similar item to the same or more value of the original item. If we are unable to do this, we will contact the gift giver and offer a refund for this portion of the gift, a full refund of the gift, or substitution of a different gift for the receiver. 

For Corporate Unique Created Gifts:

Corporate hampers and client gifts which are designed for our client will not be created until a deposit is received. This deposit is intended to cover the printing of logo or colours of products chosen for the unique client gifts. As these are unable to be utilised in our gifts for others, the deposit is non-refundable where items have been committed. Payment schedule for corporate branded and unique creation of gifts is as follows:  

• 30% initial deposit upon agreement of quote.
• 40% on BoxLab order of gift items (within 5 days of quote).
• 30% on day of dispatch of client gifts and corporate hampers (whether to individual client addresses or one location). Items will not be shipped unless we have payment confirmation.
